I drank this tea together with the Pump Princess tablets and after just a few days I noticed a definite increase in milk production. This helped me so much that I no longer needed to supplement my baby's feedings. I am still using both products and they are fantastic! I am so thankful for how much it helped my milk supply!

Very nice flavor. I like that there’s no tea bags but the loose tea is big enough that you can easily strain it out after it steeps.

I really enjoy the Tea Tas. It helps keep my milk flowing. I can tell a difference when I do not drink the tea each day. I use 2 TBSP per quart and it lasts me about a month. I make a whole days worth of tea (1 quart) and drink throughout the day.

In addition to drinking this tea, I have also been increasing the amount of electrolytes and salt that I consume. Between all those changes, I have seen an increase in the quantity of breastmilk I produce as well as having an easier let down. I’ll be keeping this on hand and using daily.

Really did start to see a difference in the amount of milk I was able to pump! My supply had dropped and when I started drinking this, it slowly started to go back up a bit. And the taste isn’t so bad!
