First time mom here with a mother who did neither breast feeding or pumping. I was basically kind if winging it and man was i completely off. This was a great class and lots of information to come from it. Highly suggest taking it.

I just finished the class and I feel so empowered. I can’t believe it’s not required to take a class like this before having your baby, it would be so helpful.

I'm a mom of two, with my second being 8 months and pumping has been much more stressful and uncomfortable this time around so I've been seeking out more info and help. I hesitated for a while on this but now I'm glad i did it. This class gave me info I wish I had known with my first and that I certainly wish I knew the last 8 months.

I thought I was ready for pumping since I took hospital classes, watched YouTube videos etc… however I have been experience pain after one month exclusive pumping; and suspected the flange sizes are off, even though the hospital lactation consultant told me to use the size. I became very desperate and decided to give a try of this class. I was skeptical at first but it really helped. I am using a pair of much more reasonable sized flanges right now, also know when to adjust to a difference size if needed. The pain has been reduced and I am a happy mama again.
