Both 24mm & 28mm breast shields are included.

Pumping Spray: Gently shake the bottle and spray each flange once, 1-2 inches from the shield. There is no substitute for properly sized flanges. Please consult with a lactation professional and/or your doctor if you are experiencing nipple pain or damage. Wipe off the nozzle or run under warm water between uses for optimal spray/mist performance.

Flange Inserts: The insert is very soft and pliable. When inserting it into a hard plastic shield, applying a dab of pumping spray or coconut oil may help the insert slide in more easily.

Pump Princess: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. Take with food and drink to thirst. Not for use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your healthcare provider before using, especially if you are diabetic or hypoglycemic, as product may lower blood sugar. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, may occur, in which case discontinue use. Take with food and stay hydrated. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Should the Silicone Collection Cups be cleaned?

The parts (minus the tubing and tubing adapters) should be submerged in boiling water for 3 minutes to sterilize them before your first use. Then after each subsequent use, we recommend that you disassemble the collection cups, silicone breast shields, valves, and valve bases, rinse them with cold water, and then hand-wash them in warm, soapy water. They should then be rinsed well and allowed to air-dry on a dedicated rack or clean cloth. Using sterilizers or harsh detergents can warp the delicate silicone pieces and should be avoided. UV sterilization or cold sterilization is acceptable though.

    Omgg!! Game Changer

    All I can say is wow! The pumping spray and flanges are a game changer! I hated to pump because of the discomfort but the flanges make all the difference in the world. Love my bundle!

    Great bundle

    The collection cups are bulkier than I thought but as an oversupplier having the ability to collect 8oz at a time is great. The flanges are comfortable, the spray is convenient compared to using coconut oil, and so far seems like the pump princess pills are helpful
